The Company was founded in 1979 as essentially an external weather protection service before expanding into the specialist remedial treatment process of damp proofing and timber preservation. In the 1990s Lifecote™ diversified into woodworm and dry rot control and then remedial wall ties. Lifecote™ reached market leadership in 1996 in the Essex and London regions. Lifecote has now expanded across the country with offices in most locations with highly trained specialist surveyors awaiting your instructions.
